Partnership delivers nationwide charging expansion and an immediate 15% discount for all BYD drivers

Charge+ Cambodia, a leading electric vehicle (EV) charging network, and Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Cambodia) Co Ltd (“Harmony Auto”), the exclusive authorized distributor of BYD electric vehicles in Cambodia, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to accelerate EV adoption across the country. The partnership brings together complementary strengths in charging infrastructure and vehicle distribution, aiming to deliver a seamless ownership experience for Cambodia’s growing base of EV drivers.


Immediate Benefit for BYD Drivers


Effective immediately, all BYD customers will receive a 15% discount on charging fees across the entire Charge+ network nationwide. With 54 charging points already operational across key urban and intercity locations, the benefit is accessible to BYD drivers across Cambodia from day one.


Building Cambodia’s EV Ecosystem


The MOU establishes a framework for collaboration across three priority areas:

•        Charging Network Expansion: Scaling infrastructure to support the growing number of EVs on Cambodian roads, with a focus on urban centres and intercity corridors.

•        Integrated Marketing: Joint campaigns to educate consumers, reduce range anxiety, and simplify the EV ownership journey.

•        Digital and Platform Integration: Exploring deeper collaboration across apps, loyalty programmes, and customer engagement tools to further streamline the ownership experience.
