How do I earn yuu Points by using Charge+ charging service?
You can earn 1 yuu Point for every $1 of Charge+ Credits used to charge or 1 yuu Point for every $1 on any subscription plan purchased.
If you use DBS yuu Visa/PAssion POSB card to top up Charge+ credits or pay for subscription plan, you earn up to additional 35 Points. Ensure your DBS yuu Visa/PAssion POSB card is activated and linked to your yuu Account. Then, use your DBS yuu Visa/PAssion POSB card to make payments on Charge+ App.
When will I receive the yuu Points?
When you have a charging session or purchase a subscription plan, 1 yuu Point for every $1 of spend will be given to you immediately. If you use the DBS yuu Visa card to pay, 9 more yuu Points for every $1 of spend will be given to you within 4-6 days, with no minimum spend on the DBS yuu Visa card. And if you meet the minimum requirements of DBS yuu Visa card, you will receive 26 bonus yuu Points within 60 days.
How do I redeem yuu Points?
You can redeem yuu Points any time on your Charge+ App and offset against the topping up of your Charge+ Credits or buying of any subscription plan. A minimum of 200 yuu Points is required for redemption. The conversion rate is 1 yuu Point is equal to 0.5 cents.
DBS yuu has both the Visa and AMEX cards. Can I earn points with DBS yuu AMEX card?
DBS yuu AMEX card willl not enjoy additional Points on Charge+; only DBS yuu Visa card will allow you to enjoy additional Points.
